Ciara Grace

Ciara, an experienced financial professional, currently serves as the Chief Financial Controller at Key Patent Innovations. In this role, she spearheads the comprehensive financial management of the organization, playing a crucial role in executing the company's strategic vision. Her responsibilities include delivering financial reporting and high-quality analytical assessments to facilitate informed decision-making.

 

Before her tenure at Key Patent Innovations, Ciara held the position of Financial Controller at Publicis, a creative advertising agency. In this role, she led the Finance Department and collaborated closely with the Board of Directors to drive and optimize company performance. Prior to this, Ciara developed her interest in IP as Financial Controller - Europe at Intellectual Ventures, a global leader in intellectual property acquisition, sales, and licensing. Her multifaceted role encompassed the adept management of financial affairs for multiple European entities. During this time, she adeptly juggled daily financial operations with specialized projects, including restructuring initiatives, distributions, and technical analyses.

 

Ciara began her accountancy career in the audit department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she engaged with renowned clients primarily in the technology and mobile industries.

 

A Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland, Ciara boasts over a decade of post-qualification experience. Her commitment to professional development is underscored by her possession of a diploma in Strategic Finance and Data Analytics. She is also the holder of an honours degree in Accounting and Finance from Dublin City University.
